Its doesn't matter. I can let it run on the center stand for 15 min. And get the same results.

Its like when you sit on it it doesn't want to move. Had the side cover off to look at the clutch when this is going on and it will go 5 to7 feet and fall out. The clutch engages and everything works and then after 7 ft or so it falls flat, clutch disengage and it won't move.

Start it up ,,,open the gas cap after about 2 minutes slowly ,,,let's see if you hear air rush into the tank,,,if you do you have a tank venting issue

OK I'll try it today. I'm about ready to take it to a pro. If I can find one. I hate writing stuff out, I would rather talk to people.

The clutch and varitor are working fine. I'm stumped. On the center stand runs fine and revs up! But the minute you sit down on it and try to take off it falls on its face. The only thing we haven't tried is the kick stand switch. When the kickstand is down it runs like crap. I don't think it should be running at all , but like I said I'm stumped. Help please! It should not run at all with the center stand down, to work on it with the center stand down one has to jump it. So if you can get it running on the center stand correctly and you can still do what you said in the quote, you've got a screwed up clutch or a stripped gear in the tranny that's keeping the back wheel from moving under load. Both start and run and idle fine. But the minute you hop on and start to go it starts out fine and then it falls on its face! No power and won't move. lean and sticky choke settings no power = top end issues if you run no air filter it expands the engine wear epeditionally ever tested the throttle cable slide? Or test for slack. There is an issue bases on power receiving test your rectifier may be shorting under load thus causing a ac choke enrichner to go haywire under load.
