Question when the choke arm is down what is that INSIDE that appears to be blocking use from seeing all the way through to the other side ?

Well it could have great suction but if no gas is being sucked out then no fire Or if to much gas then it floods the spark out and no fire either. If the motor was not taken apart and you have great compression and the spark plug sparks on the motor then it is a Fuel problem either no fuel or to much fuel. So lets re-check that, put the carb back on have the choke OFF down. and crank it NOW take the plug out and see if it is WET OR DRY.
1. If Wet and it did not fire once then the PLUG IS NOT FIRING while screwed in. Are you sure you have the right plug meaning in LENGTH if to short it will not reach into the chamber and ground out on the side of the head on the threaded part.
2. If Dry and it did not fire once then NO GAS IS BEING SUCKED into the intake.

its like a door i guess when you close it im assuming it stops air it is obviously sparking inside when i put some gas down the spark plug hole and put the spark plug back on and the exhaust still off a puff of fire came out like a very very very small explosion of fire came out also i watched the video on how to adjust the valves and when i went to do mine i got my feeler gauge to see if there was slight friction between the valve and valve stem and i couldnt even get the feeler guage between them ?? i found this if you like to see

Ok JR thanks again I found a really good video on how to adjust the valves on these 110cc 4 strokes I'm gonna buy a feeler guage set in the morning and adjust the 2 valves ... She sure does fire lol fire came shooting out of the exhaust hole when it was off the cylinder head... I really hope it's not the piston or rings etc Could the valves stop it from starting though ?

Ok it seems to be wet and alot of blue smoke ? maybe the plug is not firing while screwed inside ? choke was down it didnt fire at all and the spark plug im using is a NGK C7HSA but the other day i had the exhuast off while trying to start it and a flame came out of the cylinder head like a really tiny explosion ?

Ok i BELIEVE I found your problem you have the wrong plug the C7HSA has a thread reach of 12.07(1/2 inch) and the one you need is NGK DR8EA which has a reach of 19mm(3/4 inch). So I believe I was right the plug is firing but not in the chamber it is firing and grounding out on the threads of the head in other words the C8HSA is to short of a plug. Alleyoop
