Then I'm at a loss as to why it won't run? Popping can indicate that the timing is off and this engine looks like it has little covers on he head that would exposed the valve rocker arms? Have you ever adjusted the valve clearances? Do you have any manual on this engine at all? It doesn't look like the typical Chinese GY-6 engine? What size is it 50cc? Does it have any engine numbers/model on it anywhere?

No JR the valves have never been touched also it's a 110cc atomik raider there is numbers on the engine if you like I can get them but I can google the engine and no manual for it umm maybe buying a new engine cylinder head for it ? And I guess I gotta know how to set the timing correctly if that maybe the case

Question? Are you the only owner of it? Was it running OK before the problems? Why did you have to get a new harness? Is this a atv that was running or did you buy it as a non runner?
Reason I ask this is because if you're the only owner, it was running ok before the wiring problems then it should not need a head or to be timed. The ONLY way these kind of engines get out of time is if the timing chain breaks or jumps a tooth? Valves that need to be adjusted generally won't keep a engine from starting but rather make it run poorly.
Yes I want the engine number and that number is generally on the bottom of the crankcase?

thescooterprofessor.proboards.com/thread/2193/crossrunner-atv-manualsLook in this section and click on the Crossrunner 110cc ATV Supplementary Service Manual. The engine is identical to yours. This is a PDF and on page 45 it starts telling the step by step procedure of how to adjust the valves. The manual pages are different and at the bottom of the page it says page 39. VERY good manual and the engine and such looks exactly like yours and probably can help you a lot.

Ok, popping trying to start is TO MUCH FUEL and that is why your plug is all carbon-ed up it is being flooded. But it is good it is popping that means the plug is firing and fuel is flowing just to much. Now YOUR CARB should have a MANUAL CHOKE on it on the right side DOES IT HAVE ONE? If so PUSH IT DOWN to open it up and let air in. Can you take a picture of BOTH SIDES of the CARB so I can see the adjustments on it. On the left side as you sit on it should have TWO SCREWS one on the left that is the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE and one in the center that is the IDLE SPEED SCREW. Turn the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE screw clockwise until it stops and then Counter Clockwise 2 turns. Take the PLUG PUT and clean it and check the gap .27-32 so gap it in the middle 28,29. Now try and start it. From Looking at your carb it DOES NOT have a FUEL RATIO MIXTURE , it has an AIR RATIO MIXTURE which is usually 2 strokes motor have on them. So maybe someone got the wrong carb for that thing because if you look at the manual for that ATV IT DEFINITELY has a FUEL RATIO SCREW and not a AIR RATIO SCREW. So what looks interested to me is that connector with a hole in it I think that used to have a choke handle TRY Turning that CLOCKWISE and look inside and see there is a Butterfly that that connector rotates. And see when the little hole is up what position the butterfly is at. Alleyoop

Ok JR my sister bought this bike brand new not sure how long she had it for before she handed it to me but she told me it was running fine kids were having a blast then it just stopped she then had it in her shed for sometime and with the wiring it was hacked and loose wires were just hanging and also the starter motor was shot so thats why we rewired it and i brought a new harness that came with all the new cdi etc and i also bought new starter and a new stator and with the engine number i have it TZH152FMH 110cc alleyoop here are the photos of the manual carby both sides below with that popping sound it only started to make that noise when i took off the exhaust Also like i mentioned to JR if i squirt some gas down the spark plug hole and try to start it wouldnt it at least try to fire ?

Ok good shots of the carb, So it has a AIR RATIO SCREW the screw near the Air Filter the middle one is the IDLE SPEED screw.
Also that HANDLE on the other side is THE CHOKE Since you have it off MOve that and see in what POSITION it closes the INTAKE and which POSITION it lets air in. Since the plug is carboned up I would bet the CHOKE is on butterfly is blocking the air from coming in.
So put the carb back on and clean the plug and do not choke it and see if it acts better. If it appear not enough fuel close the choke SOME NOT ALL THE WAY and see if that helps. Alleyoop

On that Carb to adjust for more or less fuel you adjust the AIR RATIO screw. Turning that screw CLOCKWISE CUTS AIR and ALLOWS more fuel, COUNTER CLOCKWISE ALLOWS for air to FUEL ratio.
That carb sure looks lit it is for a 2 STROKE which requires oil mixed in with the gas. Are you sure your motor is a 4 stroke and or that the carb was NOT changed? Picture of the front of the motor will verify whether it's a 2 stroker or 4 stroker. I need to be sure what I am dealing with. Alleyoop

Where that pin was looks like it goes to the carb bowl May its a vent for it. How about the CHOKE ARM did you look inside and see what it looks like when you move the choke arm.
I have to tell you I have never seen a motor like that one. Alleyoop
