Deja vu. I placed an order, website said in stock, went on back order. Cancelled and looked elsewhere without success. A few weeks later, re-ordered, same result. Third time was the charm. I never actually TALKED to them, just EMail. Good news was, they never actually CHARGED me until the third time when it actually shipped.
BTW, they operate under two different names, buyatvpartsonline and another, similar name, same company, so don't be fooled by that.
Since it's a switch that works on ATVs, though, you might get lucky checking directly with ATV stores, of which there seem to be a lot more than there are Chinese scooter stores.
