Not familiar with your scooter, but draining the coolant probably involves either a plug or a hose at the water pump. Bear in mind that refilling it involves more than just pouring it into the radiator -- has to be "burped" to get any trapped air out of the system, lots of how-to posts here about that.
Any decent brand of motor oil and gear oil will do, weight of motor oil depends a bit on the winter climate where you live, gear oil is 70-90 weight or thereabouts on my scooter. No need to buy fancy synthetic oils unless you have more money than you know what to do with. As long as you change the oil(s) regularly -- I do so every 1000 miles (engine) and 5000 miles (gears) -- regular non-synthetic oils should be fine.

On the Linhai, is it also correct that draining the coolant involves a plug or hose at the water pump? Just wondering.
