Hello, when I move the scooter without braking feel an annoying whistle - squeak coming from the disc brakes, is this normal?
The scooter has 7000 Km.

No, not normal. An easy possibility is that you have some grit caught between the pads and the rotors -- been driving in muddy conditions lately or on dirt roads? If that's it, just flushing it out with a hose ought to be enough. If that's NOT it, maybe your brakes need to be serviced -- pads extremely worn or calipers pushing the pads against the rotors when they shouldn't (i.e., pads not retracting when you release the brake lever). Others here will surely chime in with better advice, that's just my amateur guesses.
