OH WOW!! Well it is either a valve or the piston that did that. The plug sticks out right next to the valves but usually only the electrode and maybe 1 thread worth of the plug and it is in the curved part of the head which would be pretty hard for the piston to reach it and smash it. So something is broke in there and smashed the heck out of the plug I am sorry to say.
But at least we now know a tear down is necessary and no more fooling around and guessing. Alleyoop

Here you can see where the plug sticks out. Did you maybe buy the wrong plug to long? Alleyoop

What is the number and letters on that plug , it looks to long. Looks like 3/4 inchs of threads which is to long for that motor. Alleyoop

If you still have the old plug that you took out try it, you have nothing to loose really. If the piston has a hole no go but if it is just scraped it may fire up. Alleyoop

That's spark plug I put in there Since February. I bought a new spark plug to replace it today and nothing. It still wouldn't fire up.

Alleyoop I pmed you The video of my spark plugs numbers. So Put back together the valve head and I tried the new spark plug again And try to crank the engine and still nothing same outcome.

I pmed You videos of the piston And spark hole. Let's say the piston is damaged what would that mean? Is it repairable? Do I have to get a new engine or can I just go out and buy a piston?

You need the hole top end JUG, PISTON, RINGS the HEAD with NEW VALVES and SPRINGs the only thing that is good is the cam and chain and rockers. Alleyoop

What motor is on there? is it the 157QMJ? look on the side by the SIDE STAND on the motor case it will have the motor type scribed on the case of the motor. Alleyoop
