Hey Folks! By any chance does anyone know where I can get the plastics to a 150cc Rocketa sidewinder or any similar body style Chinese scooter? I am looking for a left lower side panel. Any input is helpful. Thanks in advance!

If you ran it very low or dry you lose oil pressure and the cylinder gets ruined,,,you lose compression = no run no start Yup you were correct! I had low oil. I gave my scoot an oil change and it fired right up! Thank you!!!!

I've had plugs and other replacement parts be bad right out of the box,,,also please check your oil,,, I will go get a new plug after work. Also, this may sound like a total newbie question, but how would my oil level have an effect on my scooter starting. I will check on the oil tonight.

Sounding strange you just filled up and then the engine quit again I would drain tank. Did you try taking off air filter and spray starter fluid to see if it would fire? also did you leave wire on spark plug and ground plug crank engine and see if plug fired??? I have not tried spraying the starter. I will try tonight. Yes I grounded the spark plug and I did receive a blue spark. But honestly, the scooter sounds like a it's not getting the same compression when I attempt to start.

So I pulled the spark plug again and even though I am getting spark, I noticed the spark plug was slightly Corroded. My Question is would a corroded spark plug cause the scooter to fail even though it is getting spark?

Have you test for spark? If so and got spark take air cleaner of spray in a little started fluid then try to start. Also see if you are getting gas? f not try taking loose gas cap then try. Are you using high test gas better then 91 octane and make sure you got good fuel not with any water. Yes I am getting spark. I am using 91octane I am sure the fuel is good because before I broke down I filled up at chevron. I am going to switch fuel filters tonight when it cools down, it's still 104 out!

Hello all!
So I was riding my scooter to work this morning. I was wot when my scooter died. I pulled off to the side of the rd and restarted it. So about 10 min later while wot, going up a hill the scoot died. I coasted down the hill and tried to restart it but this time it would not restart. Any ideas what could've went wrong?
Side note I may be totally mistaken but While attempting restart the scoot, it didn't sound like the same start engine noise. It sounded like it had less compression.
Steps taken. Replaced carb Checked for spark Adjusted valves
* I will replace the fuel filter tomorrow.
* also debating on replace spark plug
Other info 2009 fly scooter cadenza 2900 miles
Any input helps. 2Thanks folks!

Yes seems to be running fine! Tomorrow is the test I'm going to take it to work It's about a 12miles round trip. I'll probably stop by the auto parts store and grab a gasket roll.
