I did not put the cam in that way. It seems to be shifting. Maybe I have to tighten the chain tensioner more?

Ok I'll seal that up. I'm going to check the Timing again tomorrow. I'm not too sure what else could be the issue!  |

I aligned the timing perfect. But I'm still having Power loss issues at wot. It's not nearly as bad as it was. But I think I pinpointed the issue where my Chain tightening Is I have a oil leak Because the gasket is ripped. Correct me if I'm wrong but would that contribute to my loss of power at wot?

Maybe I messed up on the Timing when putting the scoot back together? Could that be something that would make the scooter act up??

Ya if I back off the motor does not do that. Only at or near wot it acts up. Also there seem to be a sporadic klack noise associated with the motor gaining and losing power

I pretty much soaked the manfold and carb and the idle did not change. Do u think it can be an internal issue??

Okay I'll Tune the carb. When they can for leaks what should I look for? It looks like all my hoses connected properly

So I fixed all the gaskets put everything back together. And now when I have the scoot at wot It gaines power and loses power Over and over. I'm going to detach the muffler maybe something is caught inside of there.

I didn't have time to work on yesterday so I'm working on it as we speak. Quick question is there's supposed to be a gasket Where the muffler Attaches to??
