richardthescooter3 Do you have the honda clone,or yamaha clone?? I have the yamaha clone engine...The pic looks like you have the yamaha clone.....On the partsforscooters website the 23x18 slider rollers are for the honda clone engine....the 20x12 are for the yamaha clone....

Yamaha clone, you can try them out and see how they do, those I think will be lighter. there should be an old thread on here concerning that discussion I have with JR and I just can't remember the details right now, but I'll try to find it. Or PM JR he has the 250b 257 Yamaha clone and a 250A scooter.
Doing some research I'd say you got the right sliders (20x12) 11g may give you a quicker take off, but you may be lose your top end speed. (hope this helps)

20 X 12 is correct and it depends on what you want, if I remember correctly Richard wanted a little more top end so I told him 13g or 14g.
I use 11g myself, better take off, good hill climbing and didn't lose any top end.

Richardthescooter3 or JR, is there any particular difference between slider weights and roller weights? I have a Yamaha clone 250A. Will either work and is there any advantage to either? I don't need any now. I'm just thinking ahead.

Either one will work, I say the sliders will give you a better advantage (there is a video rollers vs sliders on this site) with sliders smoother take off, they last longer etc... I think it up to what you prefer... the roller weights after time will developed flat spots on them.

Well, let me tell you,I just installed the 20x12x11g sliders & what a difference...I have 2 of the 250b's...one for me & one for the wife... I installed them one both bikes & my wife is now telling everybody, that I have them going 100 mph...not really, but thats what she says..There is such difference on take off & your going 50-60 mph before you know it.....I've had mine going 70 mph with more throddle left...

I thinking about buying roller weights 20x12 14g? Is the too heavy or should I go with a light weight 14g is the standard weight for the 250b, but IMO you'll like 13g sliders a lot better. 13g sliders will give you a better take off and not lose any top end versus the 14g rollers.

250B is the Linhai engine, right? Would the recipe be the same for the Honda clone? I don't detect any signs of roller issues yet, but next time it has to go to the shop for anything else I might have them put in the appropriate sliders.
