I'm new to scooters, parts, & there values. Now I haven't inventoried it all yet. But from what I've seen; 4 basic engines (one toasted by rod-throw.) miscellaneous parts, & a 2008 Peace-Sports Lottus-50 (Not running , not bad but, in rough shape.) Is all this a deal @ $200 + $60-delivery ? _ PICS IN NEXT POST ↓-↓ ↓ ↓

I think if you can get that scoot to run you have a good deal for $200.00 bucks. The rest you can probably sell on EBAY and get your $200.00 back. Alleyoop

I think that I don't have enough seller feedback (1 sale.) to get folks to purchase most of this stuff, to get a fair profit. Was actually thinking selling some idems locally. Not shure on whom, or when. But hopefully soon.

It did not look like that much stuff in the bins . I missed the part of the scooter . It takes a long time to get parts moving . You might be sitting on that stuff for a while . Go in with the mind set that you can loose the $200 and walk away .

So what would be a good deal for most? ------------ Update: went & put what I could together.
Ended up with a whole engine minus a Starter belt & belt cover.
2'nd engine, that can finished @ low cost.
A 3'rd that can be good for nice build-up, or just made into a spare/back-up.
The 4'th -"Scrap"-
Looks like the carbs could provide some good rebuild practice.
Looking to having some fun rebuilding some of these. & see if I can sell/scrap the leftover idem/junk. _

There you go and you are having fun tinkering and fixing and building and if you get that scoot to run you have a nice project scoot or a good runner. Shot if you get that scooter to run and get things working you can sell that sucker for $200.00 easy. Alleyoop

As a side i always look at it as a hobby,,, I concure with that. I wasn't thinking of making extra cash. Just wanted to come close to "break-even" as possible. As a shoestring bugeted Gearhead, this looked as good way to get back into wrenching again. -------------------------------- Besides, for some reason. Scooters from fixer-upper, to just bearly running. Appear to go for $150 to $400 around upper Kentucky area here. At least at what I can find. (Haven't found a local scooter Gear-head community yet.) I can only go as far as the next county, otherwise I have to pay someone to deliver. No truck/car to use or borrow. A 50cc scooter is all I can afford to drive. (No insurance needed to drive an under 50cc scoot in Ky.) _

Nothin wrong with that,,, I love just noodling around the garage makin stuff happen,,, I buy marginal piles myself,,, I look at the scooter with extra engines and all the parts as Christmas day,,,, you can make one sweet ride out of all that stuff and have tons o spares,,, $200 bux,,, such a deal,,,, if you got the papers,,, it's a total win,,, in my opinion

Well Cy, the best on "Papers" I got on the scoot is a signed Recipt with the make, model, Eng-size, & VIN on it. - I always make sure to get that at least when purchasing any vehicle. _
