Nope, never get tired of someone who likes to yak on the forum! Actually the day has got better here, a freak 4 county snow storm this morning in my area has turned to sunshine but it's only 24F. That's warm compared to Alley and TV! But the snow was very fine and powdery and hasn't caused a problem. I'll settle for 40F no wind and sun, I can then trim my fruit trees and grape vines, ready for garden season! JR

We got 3.4" in yesterdays storm, my county is still boggeds down, Atlanta is still in deep do do, Xways still clogged some have been stuck in the non moving traffic since yesterday afternoon. 18 wheelers stranded all over the place, many schools had to keep students and staff overnight as there was no way the school busses could get them home and the parents could not get to the schools. Temp here was 8 this morning, up to 14 now but wont get above freezing today. Where is globular worming when you need it??

Someone on TV says it is the driest in the reservoirs since 1589 in the lakes holding water for California --maybe they meant 1859--I don't know--but we are in a don't burn brush warning now--no moisture to mention for 2 weeks here and it has been brutal cold,no snow or rain,so it isn't all bad---but water is getting low--cabin fever too--

You hit the nail on the head Flint, Doug is from California and he has forgot what a rain drop looks like. We are under a burn ban too! Heck I got brush piles and cut off limbs to burn but a man burns now and he's going to jail! Rain forecast for next 3 days, in the mid 40's now and I just got finished trimming the fruit trees and grapevines! . Plowed some yesterday but even at 45F it was miserable with the up to 35mph wind! I bought seed potatoes and onion sets yesterday! Give me some 60F in Feb. and taters going in the ground! JR
