GREAT!! When you do get it all setup get a VIDEO up. It SHOULD START UP nice with only 1 or 2 hits on the start button. If you have to hold the start button and have it crank and crank and crank to start NOT GOOD ENOUGH, then it needs a minor carb and Idle speed screw adjustment. Alleyoop

Ok Alleyoop I got a enough juice in the old battery and I went to test drive it before I put it together but there was a problem. When I went to give the bike gas all it did was hesitate. Adjusted the fuel screw but that didn't fix it..

Here is how to adjust ANY carb correctly: Take your time since you do not have a tach on the scoot you will have to listen for the IDLE to go UP OR DOWN. You want the HIGHEST IDLE possible from the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE screw. Then if the IDLE is to HIGH after you find where it IDLES the highest you lower the idle using the IDLE SPEED SCREW on the THROTTLE CONTROL WHEEL. So what is the verdict? Is it up and running good or still some problems? Take a video of it starting up and giving it throttle. Alleyoop

Haven't had a chance to do anything with the bike. My uncle had a medical emergency and I've been at the hospital. I do have a question though..Will a diehard 12v 9ah work with my bike..

Yes a diehard 12v 9ah battery will work just fine as long as it fits in the battery compartment, so measure the height width and length.

I dont know what's going on with this damn bike. Im having a hard time getting it to turn over..could the carb be the issue? I'm trying to fix it between hospital visits..When I do get it to turn over and I give it some gas it constantly hesitates. .Ive adjusted the fuel screw, the throttle screw, I've sweet talked it but nothing seems to work...

First take a picture of the throttle cable side like you did here or little more straight on shot from the side. Alleyoop

That looks good, is there a little play at the Throttle grip, like maybe 1/8 or 1/4 of an inch before it actually pulls on the control wheel? Also turn the fuel ratio screw 2 1/2 turns out from the closed position to start off. If it wants to start but doesn't start twist and hold the throttle a little the butterfly may be to closed in which case you need to TURN THAT IDLE SPEED screw clockwise a little. Alleyoop

Yes it has a little play at the throttle grip & Ive done both the fuel screw & throttle screw. I'll adjust them and the bike will start. When I try to start it again I get nothing. I've checked all the lines & they are ok. When I have gotten it to start it has that hesitation in it, like there's something blocking the flow. Also it will not idle on it's own. I have to keep my hand on the throttle. .

Once I get the bike started I dont have the ability to adjust the throttle or fuel screw because it won't idle on it's own. I'm sure this would be easier with 2 people. .
