Ok turn the IDLE SPEED SCREW CLOCKWISE try 1/16 of a turn and see if it will stay idling without holding the throttle. If not turn it 1/16 more.. If it stays idling take a video of it so we can then check how it REVs up when giving throttle.
Also when it is idling for at least 5 minutes the idle should come down and the rear wheel SHOULD NOT BE SPINNING. If it is spinning pretty fast the IDLE is to high.

When the bike is started I can't let go of the brake because the bike will go. Once I let go of the throttle the bike shuts off..

How much throttle are you giving it?
DON'T TOUCH THE THROTTLE,
ONLY TURN THE IDLE SPEED SCREW 1/16 Clockwise try to start it, If it doesn't start Turn the IDLE SPEED screw Just a LITTLE MORE
remember turning that screw A LITTLE DOES A LOT so just turn it very little try to start it and DO NOT TOUCH THE THROTTLE.

The one with the spring. ..After a few trys I got the bike started & I actually rode it on my street. When I give the bike gas its still acting as if something is blocking the flow of gas..

GREAT NOW WE HAVE SOMETHING  Now we can adjust it. Put it on the CENTER STAND and get a video and start and let me listen to it and on the stand TWIST the throttle so I can hear what it is doing. |

YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME  PUT YOUR FOOT ON THE CENTER STAND PUSH IT DOWN and HOLD IT THERE AND PUSH THE SCOOT BACKWARD. I was wondering why you had to hold the brakes when it was idling really high and you said it wanted to take off on you. When on the Center stand the REAR WHEEL is OFF the ground. |

Good afternoon. ..
Im going to send you 2 videos. One of the bike running & 1 of the engine not wanting to turn over. .It started right up 3 times today, then when I try again I getting nothing..
