I agree. I just looked at the original pics I sent you a few weeks ago and that rubber boot wasnt on that screw. I think it has been blocking that wheel causing me throttle issues. ..

There were times I would be riding & I would give it some gas and it would hiccup..

Yep, it would bind the throttle wheel not good, can cause a accident really quick if you can't stop the scoot when you let go of the throttle.

I already had one accident. A lady cut me off and I crashed into the median. Broke my checkbone & 3 ribs..she didn't even stop..

OUCH!! As that cop show Sargent used to say BE CAREFUL OUT THERE. People on scoots have to be VERY VIGILANTE and anticipate what people in cars MIGHT DO. Also scoots are a single silhouette and not big people are looking out for BIG ASS CARS and they can run a scoot right over from behind so you always have to be watching behind you as well.

People are to much in a hurry to get to the Casinos  So when are we going to get that Idle speed screw adjusted and the scoot started? |

The battery is still charging. I did try to start it & it started but the idle was low and there wasnt enough juice yet to try again..but at least it started. .

GOOD if the idle was low GIVE THAT SCREW another 1/16 of a turn CLOCKWISE. So it will be around 2 hours before the battery has enough juice then.
