I have a shenke (kung fu 250) or a sunl (sl250)/ jonway (yy250 -2a) it has the clone honda rebel 250cc v twin dual carb motor, its a AC cdi system trying to find a wiring diagram for this scoot (i tried a honda rebel wiring diagram its different) any help would be apperciated thanks

Jonway will not share any manuals of any kind except with dealers, I even tried to fool them once that I was a dealer! LOL

SunL forget about it, they are a name only and made by lots of makers.

The shenke (kung fu 250) at this point no one even knows who makes them?

Massimo is mainly making UTV's now.

So now that we know our luck finding anything even a manual is remote I'll now ask what the problem is. Wiring isn't that hard and if you can take pictures and tell me what's wrong maybe I can help.

I am having problems with cutting out btw 2&3 grand (drivin) rev it up in neutral & it will go to 8 grand easy, will drivin (under a load the rpms fall on their face will not go past 35 mph) feels like the fuel is getting cut off or the ingintion system is malfunction (alot of surgin)

History behind bike, sit outside uncovered since 2008, replaced carbs with new ones (dual carbs) (mods) blocked California emissions= capped off all vaccum lines to intake/capped off air pipe to exhaust side of head/ cleaned stator & pick up coil with compressed air/motor is grounded to frame with cdi box& battery/ all lights work &get over 14 volts on battery when revved up

could be the Honda reflex ,try checking what they had called the original clone for this 250 Honda ?

Then you have no electrical issues, sounds totally fuel related. What about fuel from tank, does it have a fuel pump or gravity fed?

It originally had a vacuum style diaphragm fuel pump runnin off the intake, took it off & capped off the vaccum port put in a mr. Gasket eletric fuel pump 2 to 4 lbs of pressure, also replaced the chargin diode with a relay, the fuel pump is tied into the lights everything comes on with the ingintion turned to on

Ok then another question? Have you actually checked the spark on the engine, good hot blue spark or weal looking yellow/orangish spark? Also have you done a compression test? Sitting that long sticky valves and/or rings are a concern.

Have you adjusted the CARBS fuel ratio mixture, do you have air filters on the carbs? It all sounds as if it is FLOODING out that pump may be to strong and causing flooding.
