It originally had a vacuum style diaphragm fuel pump runnin off the intake, took it off & capped off the vaccum port put in a mr. Gasket eletric fuel pump 2 to 4 lbs of pressure, also replaced the chargin diode with a relay, the fuel pump is tied into the lights everything comes on with the ingintion turned to on

History behind bike, sit outside uncovered since 2008, replaced carbs with new ones (dual carbs) (mods) blocked California emissions= capped off all vaccum lines to intake/capped off air pipe to exhaust side of head/ cleaned stator & pick up coil with compressed air/motor is grounded to frame with cdi box& battery/ all lights work &get over 14 volts on battery when revved up

I am having problems with cutting out btw 2&3 grand (drivin) rev it up in neutral & it will go to 8 grand easy, will drivin (under a load the rpms fall on their face will not go past 35 mph) feels like the fuel is getting cut off or the ingintion system is malfunction (alot of surgin)

I have a shenke (kung fu 250) or a sunl (sl250)/ jonway (yy250 -2a) it has the clone honda rebel 250cc v twin dual carb motor, its a AC cdi system trying to find a wiring diagram for this scoot (i tried a honda rebel wiring diagram its different) any help would be apperciated thanks
