I am wondering if there are any Tomos scooter riders here (especially those with Twister 50 scoots).

I have owned 2 Tomos bikes in the past. Great machines but seem to have declined in popularity in recent years.

I really like my 2012 Twister 50. The 16 inch wheels make for a really nice ride, especially on rough roads or potholes. It handles very well.

I have owned many TOMOS products over the years. I now own a 2011 Nitro 50. Just starting to learn the mechanical side of things though.

Both of my Tomos rides were true Mopeds, 2 speed automatic shifts. Sorry I ever got rid of the last one but they were a little underpowered for the NGA hills even when 'souped' up. The Tomos scooters are Chinese built but a friend has one and it seems to be well built.
