how to make windshield ?? whats the correct way to cut plastic ?? thinking about making one

Your bike has to be equipped for a windshield attachment. The windshield has to be curved. I don't believe that you can just cut one out of plastic. We will wait and see what others say.
Your best bet would be to order one for the brand of your bike from a dealer. They will send you the correct one.

Mcalli is correct on this one for sure. The plexi is heated and curved 1) to fit the specific bike and 2) to protect you from wind resistance. Plus there are tabs cut out for mounting, so unless you are very experienced with plexiglass and its ability to bend and cutting it then I would just buy a premade windshield. Also the thickness of the windshield in plexi would be rather hard to bend correctly without a mold or jig...Speaking from experience, not from the windshield but from plexi.
