Is that a standard 13" rim on a gy6? If so lots of our sponsors/vendors sell them, and you can always go on ebay.

I have on it's a 13 inch wheel from a 2004 vento both front and rear red just like yours I switch to green ones 2 months let me know what other parts you might need I was going to past them on ebay next week thay have tires mounted on then good shape not bent tires have 7000 miles on them.
