If I were to buy another IceBear product I would buy it from RapidJim. He is the go to guy on Ice Bear products and the only online dealer that I would trust. He has been in business for 20 years. Not many in the scooter sales and service business make it that long.  |

Well, I'm living proof that there's at least one out there to avoid like the plague. Watch here for my PDF. Satisfactory first experience last fall, dreadful one this time. The scoot is okay, so far anyway, but the process was a major PITA. Ice Bear, though, has been helpful to the extent they legally can, so kudoes to them.
