Had a rear turn signal "out" yesterday; loosened enough plastic to get my hand up in there and found the socket had just vibrated loose and the socket and bulb were hanging there beneath the plastic. Pushed and twisted it back in as tight as I could and all is good for now. I post this only because it happened once before with one of the front running lights. Next time I'm thinking a wee dab of silicone on the socket may be in order ... this seems to be a weak link! Just FYI for anybody else just learning the ropes on these Chinese scoots like I am.

I too had trouble with those little running light in front because of the rubber, if you look close at those light there are two thin wire where you plug them in, I just pulled the wire out on both side and pushed them in place, (yep, good and tight)

Most of the sockets on the china scoots are PLASTIC as well as the socket holder it goes into. If you notice the Socket itself has a couple of tabs that and the Socket holder has cuts out for the tabs to fit into and then you turn the Socket to move it away from the cut out that the tabs went into. If you then look at the tabs they are either worn down or missing and that is why they keep on falling out. Alleyoop

Wasn't able to get a really good look without removing plastic, working mostly by feel, but that sounds reasonable. Stay-soft silicone sealer shall cure the problem if it happens again.
