looks like Jr has open the library of congress manuals section for all to see and use

I wouldn't go that far but I do try to keep up with any manual that comes up and get it here. Some manuals are a real help and value to people especially newbies while other manuals aren't much to look at.

But if any one has or knows of one I don't have please send it to me and I'll get it in.

I'm looking. But the Downtown 300 is very close to your scooter I do believe, at least the engine?

You'll find 2 or 3 here that work good with the common GY-6 scooter.
