check the voltages at the stator while cranking or do a resistance reading between the white/green and white/blue. unplugged no text yet .

I don't need any voltage readings. All the info you listed is there except the question I asked. The sparkplug coil has two wires and I need to know what color they are.
I can almost tell you how to wire it right now but I would be guessing on two wires. send the pictures John.

It has one wire its black with a white stripe, the other is a black wire that grounds out to the chassis. Its nothing like I have ever seen.

I put the meter on the coil while starting after jumping those wires and it read 0.09 on the dc scale. No fire yet...lol

Ok, so problem solved... Here is how the conclusion came. First off, You guys rock! Thank you for all your help and guidance.
The Strada Eurojet RX150I is a DC CDI scoot. Here is how I came to my conclusion.
My GY6 is an AC. If you can turn the key to the on position without starting it and the lights do not come on its an AC CDI scoot. If you turn your key without starting it and the lights come on, its a DC CDI scoot. My GY6 is an AC and my Eurojet is a DC. My friend came by the other day and has spare parts and we checked this theory and it started with the DC CDI. (with the jump wire hooked of course. Thank you for that.)
I replaced the carb on my GY6 on Sunday and the difference in that is night and day. no more hesitations at start up or at high speeds. its as smooth as a cadillac!

Ahba, you cannot go by what you just said to determine if you have a DC CDI or an AC CDI.
The easiest way to tell is TURN THE KEY on and TEST THE BOTTOM WIRE on the 2 plug on the CDI. If it registes 12v or if using a LIGHT TESTER the light turns on it is a DC FED CDI. But has nothing to do with the lights.
I have a GY6 157QMJ on my Trike and it is a AC FIRED SYSTEM. But when I turn the key to on my gas gauge works and my volt meter. Then I can push the light switch one notch and have the instrument lights, tail lights and running lights come on. If I push it one more notch the headlights come on this is with the motor not running. All the means is all my electricals are fed from the battery but the CDI IS AC. Alleyoop
