Thanks JR. This was my original problem before changing out the stator (which I evidently did not need). I first replaced the R/R & diode.........did not help. Then the mechanic in Cali where I purchased the scoot advised me it then HAD to be the stator..........NOT. So now, I'll take a closer look at the wires (again) and see if anything looks broken.

Are those three light areas feeding thru the same circuit?? Dash, head, and stop?
