By the way,happy Inauguration Day to all you scooterists,and of course MLK day--it is a holiday in some venues so I wish to you all a happy day off from work--that's all I got on that --ride safe,fflintstone

My personal feelings about the second inauguration is this. WHY?
Obama could have had his inauguration party on Sunday as it was his official day. That would have been proper and correct.
Obama's second inauguration was on Martin Luther Kings day and his take over did not enhance MLK's celebration one bit. It instead shifted the emphasis over to Obama and his EGO drip. Dam shame I think. MLK also needs to have his days of remembrance without all the diversions created by Obama and his followers.
Of course, some will take exception to my thinking. .

i wanted to hear his speech, but the rest of it, well couldnt take 3-4 hours of commentary etc etc

Just another excuse for the bank, post office, etc. to close and people wonder why stuff costs so much? Pay a day's wages and get no work in return = inflated higher costs.
