Here is the problem I am having.I have a taotao cy50-t3 49cc.Every time I put in a google search for cy50-t3 49cc to look for parts the only thing that comes up is 50cc and up.I went to the local scooter store and asked the guy about this and he said that even though that it is a 49cc they go by 50cc or are called 50cc.It has me confused because I need parts for my scooter but am confused how to order them. The local scooter stores prices are sky high and I know I can get them online for way cheaper.Could some one help me with this and explain what I need to do to order the right parts online.Thank You.

The answer to your question is YES. What they do with all scoots is round up the Displacements, a 150 scoot is really 149.?ccs and a 50cc scoot is really 49.?ccs, some 250s are 244ccs etc same with the 300ccs..
So yes if you need parts look for 50cc parts for your scoot. Alleyoop

Hey, thanks for the link man! My mirror broke, and i was looking for a replacement. Have bought a few, but they're all too small in size.
The originals are about the same as on my BMS. Only thing missing is a sealant ring (mirrors get full of water. Nothing a little transparent silicone can fix!
