Hi Guys and Dolls, Hope everyone is having some good scootin' weather. ;D We have the chance to buy a 2008 Suzuki Burgman 650 for $1000 or less, depends on how good we are at bargaining. It is what I would consider pretty low mileage, around 4k, bought used with 450 miles on it a few years ago by a man that drove it around town mainly. He passed away and now his grandson has the bike. It's sat up for about a year without being started, no fluids drained, battery in place. BAD OWNERS! It won't run at this point, but we're sure we can free her up and make her purr again. Does $750-$1000 seem reasonable to you for a bike that old? She still looks good, but body don't count and we know it. LOL

If it has only 4k miles on it is BRAND NEW hasn't even broken a sweat. SNATCH it up quick for that price. You are getting it for free if nothing really is wrong with it or has been in a wreck. The 2008 650 burgman go brand new are $8000.00+ Out the Door, if its the 650 Executive that one is $9000.00+ out the Door. 2 years ago I bought a 2008 650 Executive with the TRIKE KIT on it for $8,500.00 Cash it had 3,600 miles on it. With the Trike Kit on it total valve was $15,000.00. Like the one you found this guy was in the hospital and could not ride anymore and he needed the money. I sold it to my brother-in law for the same price I paid and he and I go riding every chance we get. They are fast they have a lot of power nothing for them to cruise at 70+. Alleyoop Here is a picture of my 150 IB and the Burgman 650 Executive when I just bought it 2 years ago. Alleyoop

Excellent bike, just hope you won't get scratch, but at that price, you can still use it as parts.
IMHO, a 650 is quite a heavy scoot! I'd probably have gone for the 400, but hey, 600 is better in that it has more HP, and can easier drive those long stretches!
