When taking bulb out the item that hold bulb in came apart, this there a easier way to take out the other bulb Attachments:

Remove the screws/nut holding the light bulb and remove the assembly...it should be a spring wire...not difficult to do....then replace the bulb...

Here is what I took out, my question is (on the other bulb) do I have to take all of this out Attachments:

Yes and No.....you did not break anything.....the piece on the right goes back on and then your socket....then the wire and the screw on the left holds it all together....you can do it....just look at the socket wire that is left to fiqure it out......I installed HID's in my scoot last year and love the new light source.....can now see at night....enjoy the ride...

The metal piece has two cutouts to hold the free ends of the wire, the socket goes in and the wire holds the assembly and the screw finishes out he install.....

Thanks bhinch, I just have big fingers, thats all, tight space didn't order my bulbs yet, right now the bulbs are 25w 25w am thinking to upgrade to 45w 40w Can you tough the new bulb with your fingers or should i wear gloves?

I think the bulbs are 35w....after you get the bulb socket out the bulbs are real easy to replace and I would use a cloth or rubber gloves to place the new bulb in the socket and then reinstall in the housing.....you do not have to take the entire black plastic housing out of the front plastic nose of the scooter....just the bulb and socket and reinstall the hold down wire and screws..
