Hey guys,
I've got brake fluid leaking. On the rear brake lever, where the part you pull goes into the plunger thing (not the part it pivots on, but below that, where it presses into the master cylinder,) there seems to be an o-ring that came out right there.. and the fluid is leaking. At a quick pace too.. 2 days of sitting and the reservoir is empty.
Any tips on disassembling that unit? Can someone point me to the correct o-ring to buy?
Thanks!

BUMMER, can't help you out never had to do that YET. But the O-Ring once you can get at it just measure across where it goes in and go to a hardware store and get one or two the same size. Alleyoop

well the problem is, I'm guessing it's an o-ring haha. Was hoping someone may have some info on how the handle/reservoir etc all goes together and could perhaps confirm what could cause it to be leaking from there (though I"m pretty darn sure it's an o-ring.. can't imagine what else it would be!)

There is another material by Dupont for high temp and chemicals like gas and oil. Often used for orings in cars. It is called Viton. Google Viton and you will find plenty of links. .
