Cruiser; It could quite be possible that mine has always been there just wasn't sure. I was thinking it was maybe a bearing or something that was going bad.

Cruiser, it sure might be from day 1. I have always noticed a wobble on rear tire when on center stand. If I hand turn rear tire it will stop fast, but if I start and engage clutch and let off on gas it spins freely. Also if I get on scoot and roll it back out of garage it rolls fine. I might take a closer look at the new clutch and bell I installed.
Bearing is cheap enough, but do they go in on muffler side? How would I know it needs to be replaced? Lastly I would of thought rear tire wouldn't last as long as it did with a wobble.

OK, I admit to being an idiot. I do need a new rear tire and according to Motorcycle Super Store I will have it tomorrow. Ordered it from CA, but they have a warehouse in KY. Lucky for me.
Now being the idiot. When spinning the tire I was spinning it backwards not the way the tire rolls. Tonight I spun the tire going the way it should and it rolled and came to a slow stop. So that issue is no longer an issue. Not sure why it would stop so fast going backwards, but since I don't drive backwards I am not going to worry about it.
Cruiser on that link they show 4 or 5 bearing. How would I know which one fits my scooter?

The 5 digit number letter combo is usually printed right on the bearing. Using a pair of calipers to measure the dimensions of the bearing can also be done to ensure compatibility.

Speedracer, don't be so hard on yourself, you're no idiot, not knowing and then learning makes one a good learner and determined! Look at how many things you've learned and now share and posts like these helps others who are in the same boat. Once you pull the side wheel mount off you can examine that bearing for slack and looseness.
If it feels good and spins freely then get that new tire on and get back to riding! Now one can if you're easy take a small thin bladed knife and gently pop the outside little plastic cover off this bearing, put some good axle grease in it for good measure pop the little cover back on and ride on!
If you feel the bearing is suspect there are several places to get it and one can take it to a good bearing supply and order it by measurements too.
Thanks for your supoort Speedracer!

Thanks JR for the words of encouragement. It just hit me that I was spinning the wheel backwards. It's so easy to grab the tire near the top and pull it down fast. Of course the tire is going backwards. Spun it the way it runs and sure enough no issue at all. I now have a neighbor friend who owns a super bike and he has plenty of equipment so he said he would help me change the tire. I'll have him look at the bearing and see if it needs some grease or is worn. Oh BTW my front tire is in very good condition and if I'm lucky I might just get enough miles out of it to last as long as the new rear tire. On a car the fronts go bad first, but with hardly no weight on the front scoot tire it lasts longer then the rear. Cruiser, thanks for the information on knowing where to look for the bearing number.

Good to hear about a friend who can give you a hand, speedracer. I'm sure there are no factory trained Chinese scooter mechanics on this forum. We are all learning and sharing our knowledge and we are here to encourage and help each other in our scooting endeavors. It's good to share what you consider a booboo to help other members out. I feel that there is nothing wrong with your scoot and you will have many happy miles on it this summer.

New tire arrived via UPS tonight and will be going on tomorrow morning along with a new valve stem. Looking at the new tire compared to the my rear tire is like night and day. The front looks very good compared to the new tire, so it might last long enough so next time I can replace both.
I looked back and I put the new Vipers on with 1800 miles on the scoot. It now reads 7200 so 5400 miles is the end result.
Cruiser, me make a boo boo??? LOL I make them every day, this one took the cake though.

Update: New tire installed along with new valve stem and good news the rear bearing is fine. Took it out for a ride and it rides a lot smoother then the old worn down rear tire. Feel safe again.
Thanks everyone for your help.
