I got at the end of january a vespa gts 250 with fuel injection . You can tell the difference between a carb and fuel injection .

the hardest part is getting the old magneto off , the rest is a walk in the park . Just remember to mount the regulator before connecting the battery . It would be nice to read your completed .

Have you taken any resistance readings of the stator ? you will get higher resistance readings at room temp . put it in the freezer they will drop down . If you heat the stator up the readings will go up . That #12 wire is going to be fused off the battery then to the red off the regulator , then jumpped to the ignition switch . I would pull a #12 fron the neg battery to the ignition switch also , and jump to the frame . use #8 or #10 wire to the engine .

i have not done any ohms testing yes the red wire is going to be fused i all ready have 10 or 8 awg wire for battery cables and a 4 awg ground from the motor to the frame there is only four wires at the switch i am sure that the wire i am using will do well as it is twice the size of wire coming out the stator and r/r

the ignition is a double pull double throw switch one pole is normally opened and the other is normally closed . The nc side is ground the no is power . Wait you just did a fuel injection conversion , let me shut up your good to go !!!
