Glad things are progressing!
If you have specific questions, PM me or email me as I may miss them in the thread.
I found a new throttle cable online since the one I "fabbed" fell apart. Hmm, Matt told me he was going to include the option for the right size throttle cable. Guess he hadn't thought about the 150ccs. Anyway, glad you're still progressing!

OK today i went out and finish off the install turn the switch on and let the fuel pump cycle a couple times and try to start it next thing i know it is running with the efi system installed it like a totally def. bike before i barely got it past 45 on the chino meter now it pushing 65 on it and still wants more i am very happy with the system i still need to fine tune things but all i see is a big gain in power and speed i now thinking i can take this bike for those long country rides like i hope to

Great, sounds like you have it under control. 45 to 65 is a huge increase in power, almost double in my estimation. john

yea that was a big surprize to me i knew there was gonna be some improvement but wow i also know i will have to upgrade the charging system as the power draw is a little to much but i had some fun running around town today and passing cars that i would have never been able to before

Just as long as the valves are adjusted , you will just poke the starter switch to get it started . How is it to kick it started ? Time for charging system upgrade!!!! its nice and jerkey with fuel injection . the very moment the tps senses movement the injector responds , so does the timing . Others will chime in on how great or how much they like carbs , fuel injection is the move . I have a 250 vespa with FI I was thinking of using the injection system you are using , I can play with the mapping .

Just as I figured. Glad it is working so well. Have you thought of finding a way to modify the battery box so you can use a small lawn tractor battery with a battery maintainer as a cheap way to give you enough electricity to allow you to go about anywhere you want to go in the daytime. EFI makes the 150 come alive!!!

the battery is under the seat in the bucket i have the box for it out right now as the mounts that hold it to the side is broken i have a solar battery charger for a car that i am thinking of mounting behind the windscreen as it does not get in the way of my view of the road and that way when i am off the bike it will auto charge the battery
and Yes the efi has woke the beast within this bike i had no idea that this bike could go so fast i have pegged the needle on the chino meter a couple times now and WOW great throttle responce and plenty of power to spare
