The scooter is on the try and test now... Even if I started 10 or 15 times a day with little driving, it keeps going. All the lights are the way they should be on a new bike. So, it charges around 12.25 VDC and 12.5 VDC but doesn't seem to go down below that... I'll keep you posted as the test continues... By the way, I think the flywheel is an 8 poles like the stator, I just wanted to know if it would work (but weak) on a 6 poles... Does anyone owns a Baja SC50S that charges just fine, with all the lights on? Thanks again for your help and comments... GREAT SITE you got there

Hi guys... the results:
New magnetor New battery New hi-low beam
It charges but not fully, like if it would not be enough to supply all the lights AND charges. The light is good in front. just slightly increasing with throttle.
Question: If the flywheel were a 6 poles and the magneto an 8 poles, would it work? (but not strong?
Anyways it is way better, at least even if it drains the battery, it does it very slowly now...
Open to all ideas..

...and you were right, the problem was the ground,,,
As I'm sure you know, this scooter's frame is in 3 parts,,, those 3 parts didn't make contact between them because of the paint.
Where the frame part's join, although the top layer where goes the nut was on the metal, the 2 frame parts where isolated by the paint (like rubber paint).
I started to get normal readings only after I put all these parts on the metal.
Thanks again, I'll do a refresh once I change the battery and the headlights bulb.

JR, Thanks for your help I really think that a good battery will give good readings. The scooter ran idle for 30 minutes and the DC voltage never went down. The R|R is hot and charging. With R|R unplugged: At Idle: Yellow = 20 VAC White = 25 VAC High throttle Yellow = 40 VAC White = 45 VAC

When the wires are unplugged from the R\R I got those voltages.... Yellow = 20 VAC White = 25 VAC Like I said, I think that we got the problem fix and that with a good battery everything will be fine Although it will never be a big charger

I had to put another battery...
1.) charged it to 13.5 2.) run idle at 11.50 3.) fast throttle at 12.05 4.) let run idle... all the sudden voltage drops to 10.2 vdc and very little increase with a lot of throttle 5.) change the battery... readings pre-post to this one

Well... we are getting somewhere...
1.) put battery at 12,5 VDC 2.) Kick start, let warm-up 3.) idle 12.08 VDC, decreasing slowly 4.) Light throttle. 12.15 VDC increase slowly 5.) High throttle, 12.28 VDC, keeps increasing slowly
Sorry for the delay, computer in the garage fuck up on me...
