I found a seller offering high-quality aftermarket replacement seals and o-rings, but they only worked for the ATV master cylinders. He said that if I sent my old ones to him in the mail, he'd match mine up to his, and send me the correct ones (if he had them,) but I never got around to sending him my old set. I can give you his contact info if you'd like to explore that option. Yoster
Yoster Did you ever send those parts in? Quail

Can someone tell me which direction the rad fan was designed to blow the air on a mc54-250b. I would really like the answer from some one that knows this answer. My thought is toward the engine but I did not do the R&D in the wind tunnel, so what do I know. I also need a new fan, a better fan. any ideas?

Not to jump this thread, but I have a problem in the same area. When I take off ( regardless of throttle pressure) it feels like the belt moves to quickly in the pullys at 7-10 Mph and the rpms drop, the scoot surges forward them goes up to speed normal after that. It started after sitting all winter.

I have a voltage gauge on my scoot and the fan drops the voltage from 15-16 to 10 volts when it comes on. That voltage drop always seems high to me. But if it is normal a switch on the fan might leave you sitting with a dead battery after a long ride.

I am looking for new master cylinders or rebuild kits for my 08 Roketa MC-54B 250. I would rather rebuild them as the cylinder bore and spool valves are not damaged. I would prefer quality parts over the Roketa parts. Does anyone have any leads or EXPERIENCE in replacing the M/Cs with some other name brand. I would like to avoid wasting money guessing. I am sure I there must have been a post about this but the search engine found nothing

I wrench a 2008 Mc54 250b for my wife to ride to work in the summer. Self employed. I have a box of diplomas somewhere, They just say "He likes a challenge and everything can be improved". Been on the Dawg for years, have not posted for last 1 or so. I sold my last bike (Vulcan 1500) looking for a Bonney t100. I love to ride this scooter.
