Question, are you thinking about a 200 CC kit because you wanna go long distances or you just want the speed?
If you answer yes to question #1 I will advise against it, 50 CC scooters design are not really meant for long distance travel, you can see that the design is different for what they call touring scooters, Example is the suzuki burgman, Kymco Xciting 500RI ABS, with the piaggio BV 500 and The Vespa 300GTS being the exception.
If you answered yes to question #2 then I strongly recommend you change the Variator, roller wights, clutch, spring clutch exhaust and Re-jet the carburetor or get a new one. The 200 CC kit won't get you the speed you looking for.
Also remember the more mods you do the less MPG you gonna get, i know people who fill their tank twice a day in a 50 CC.
My 2 Cents, hope it helps.

wow nice setup, you must really enjoy it did you said 182 CC? what's top speed on it? hi travler1 thanks for the welcome my super 8 150 is a 2012 and it has 14 inch wheels, they standard in the super 8's, the kymco people 200 has even bigger wheels with a 16 inch wheel base. I really enjoy big wheels, compare to my wife's Vespa (11 Inch) wheel base they look enormous
