I just replaced the Carb. The scooter was not running well before this, but at least starter fluid would kick it. Now nothing happens. There is fuel in the bowl. Battery is charged and starter is turning over. I sprayed some starter fluid, and still engine will not catch.
Where do I look next?

After looking, I don't see an answer. I'm putting a new carb in my Mio 50cc scooter. The issue is the throttle cable is not long enough for the new carb. Can the length be extended/adjusted or do I need a new cable. I need about 1 inch of added length
