Starter fluid does not do the trick 50CC Mio By drbob (Read 220 times)

I just replaced the Carb. The scooter was not running well before this, but at least starter fluid would kick it. Now nothing happens. There is fuel in the bowl. Battery is charged and starter is turning over. I sprayed some starter fluid, and still engine will not catch. 

Where do I look next?

take out spark plug ground plug with wire on crank engine see if spark

Also if that shows no spark change it for a new one
