I am sorry but I don't see where to start a new topic so I am posting here out of desperation! I recently bought a scooter that is registered as a 2003 LRX 49cc for my son and I to work on for his birthday. I was a stolen recovery that really only has an electrical problem that we can't handle.
The problem is no crank, I have power to horn, blinkers, fuel gage. If I hold both brakes and push the button it acts like the kill switch is on or something. I've taken the control apart and switch looks ok. I have replaced the key switch because it was damaged but still intact. It does turn over by jumping the solenoid but no spark.
Any help is greatly appreciated..
