Thanks for the response. Wasn't that, I figured it out myself. It was a dodgy terminal in a wiring plug arking. All good now.

Hi I have a 2012 Adly Cougar 125. The scooter kick starts fine and everything works when riding.
When I got it I was told the battery was flat. Got it home and put the multimeters on it and it was sitting at 11.9v. I checked the first fuse I found (next to the battery) and it was blown. Replaced it and it held until I tried the start button and nothing. Checked new fuse and it was blown. I put a heavier one in and I got 1 nice start. Tried for a second and nothing. Fuse blown again. Has anyone come across this before? Could it be a shorting wire? Or could it be some relay/module thing. Any help will be berry appreciated. Thanks
