I have a question for the scooter jedi in the group... I have busted two variators on my Roketta 250-B. The first one some how unscrewed the nut and stripped out the spline on the face plate. I kind'a get that one. The second one just seemed to strip the spline on the face plate. When I took off the cover the nut was still tight on the shaft? The belt was all chew to heck too. I am not sure if the belt was missing teeth when I replaced the first variator but it is missing quite a few teeth now. Is the anything I need to be aware of when I replace the variator and belt? Looking forward to your replies. Thanks...

Hi Guys (or Gals) I am new here and totally agree with the valves are not easy to get to but once you are in it is a quick process to make the adjustments. Totally fixed my bike, I have a nice idle now.... Sweet, come on summer riding....
