JR do you know anyone that has run that pump or does any one else know of some one? I wish when it comes to motorcycles in the 44 years of none stop riding and working on them I had all the money I spent to find out something is not any good!!!!! Thanks Jeff

What size and model Triumph do you have? I have a 1971 T100C I have been totally restoring for years. I have the bottom end done, head ready to put together, just about everything powder coated and a LOT of new parts. Jeff

JR I was just using the one I posted as an example and plain on making my own set up. I would like to know if the super high flow oil pump is gears or gerotor? Another consideration is an external oil tank to increase oil capacity. Thanks Jeff

Thanks all for the good input. They make a cool cooler that comes with the right case and has places for fittings so you are not using the bottom oil but comes out of the pressurized line right out of the motor. I will have to get a case and see if I can machine it to work like they have. Yes I was planing to change the gearing. Do to my situation and health I have very limited funds or I would by a bigger name brand scooter to begin with. All so being I work on motorcycles, have a small machine shop and a friend with a big machine shop I like building and modifying things my self. I am not thinking a 61mm cylinder with a plus 3mm crank. I am all so thinking about machining the piston where I do not have to use a cylinder base plate for the stroke if there is enough meat on the piston which I was told there is. I am waiting on the guy to call me back about the sidecar with questions I have one being weight among other things. Thanks Jeff

I have a scooter sidecar rig. I am running a TGB R9 151cc scoot as the tug and a Cozy Bullet sidecar. Had to do some modifying to get it set up but it works. You will see Genuine Stella scooters hooked up to the same hack as well as some Vespa models. If the unit is not adjusted correctly for lean you will have excessive tire wear on the rear wheel pf the tug and the hack. Thanks but being my only transportation now is this I know about setting up hacks as well as rear tire wear. I just set up one for a friend as well. I am all so a member of the Georgia Sidecar club. Yes what you listed is a big help. The more duration more for a RPM cam and less duration is more of a torque cam. If everything goes well in the next month I hope to order a TaoTao Evo 150 scooter. I really need another means of transportation as I will be building a low to mid torque motor for my only transportation now since I have a hack and she will have well over 100,000 miles hopefully with in the next year. They sure do not give much on these cams. Lift is nice but timing and duration the valve is open tells more. Guess I am too use to the specifications on motorcycle cams. Thanks for the input! Jeff

One other thing the cylinders I am talking about are not boring out the stock cylinder but is a complete different cylinder as you have to bore the case for the cylinders to work. Thanks Jeff

Being I have my own machine shop in my basement and been wrenching for over 44 years. I build quite a few $5000 and $6000 dollar motors for others on Harley s.
I am rethinking things as I know the bigger bore the hotter a engine will get when it is thin. I am all so go with a smaller stroke then what I was at first and more then likely a oil cooler.
What is the stock bore on the GY6 150?
I am 235 pounds and looking to build something I can run at least 60MPH all day as well as be reliable and good chance a sidecar.
I see they make many cams but cannot find a specifications on them. A proper cam has all to do with making something to give you what you are looking to use the vehicle for.
