I also have an idea for the fan...instead of just adding a scoop to the fan...I'm thinking of building a ram air system so all the air from the fan would get pulled him from the front of the bike...from the opening underneath the headlight...any thoughts?

I believe I am getting more air not less...the breather filter I installed is exposed to more direct air than was the tip that had 4 holes and was partial hidden from direct air by the bike frame. I haven't noticed any performance lagging either...

****UPDATE**** My first fuel up after switching to synthetic oil and gear oil, as well as adding the breather filters to the stock air box shows a +16.5 mpg increase to 115.5 vs 99.0 for the last which was prior to the filter and oil changes. Driving pattern remained the same. Not sure what cause this bump. but I will continue to monitor and update after additional fuel ups

After I changed the oil and gear oil, I inspected the air filter. I noticed some trash, leaves, etc. I also noticed i could remove the tip of the snorkel. I installed a breathe filter into the snorkel to prevent any more trash from entering the ar bo

Normally I would just order something like this online, but I needed a weekend project this morning. Ran across these at Walmart So I picked up a pack of the 4 inch and 2 packs of the 10 inch. Installation was smooth. Took my time hiding the wires and lights. I personally hate when you can see the actual lights. I just want the glow to show. The LEDs are extremely bright. I am very pleased with these and highly recommend them!!! as an added bonus because my scooter is white the lights illuminate the body parts.

Just trying to give the guy some options....scooters are not the easiest to match parts....he needs to get an oem module and go from there. Not sure what is wrong with the orginal. I'm posting here to find a solution to the what I'm trying to do...you saying hey go google it doesnt add anything of value to the post. You understanding my reasons for wanting to replace the cluster is irrelevant. Nothing wrong with the stock scooter, but like most people who come to these forums, I want something more. What I'm looking for are actual links to products that may solve my problem

I may be wrong but I think he wants to replace the entire instrument cluster so it would have to be the same shape and size. Alleyoop Exactly right....but i'm not against some other option...end result being a nice oem type of look to it
