My new scooter was over heating and y did a jump at the contacts of the temperature sensor, and the radiator fan start working. Now the pointer is at the middle of the range, between cold & hot. I think the scooter is working good. My question is: What's wrong, the temperature sensor or the thermostat?

I am from Chicago and new in the scooters world. I just get my new scooter, is a MC-68A-250cc. I have to many questions y hope all you guys can help me.
