[replyingto=tvnacman]tvnacman[/replyingto]the new piston was installed a month before this problem, scooter was running fine. the voltage i measure from the cdi/tci was at 4.50V DC exactly, it was not pulsing.

Today i checked the Orange wire going from TCI to ignition coil and the results i think are not good.
Ignition "ON": 0.00V
Ignition "ON" + Cranking: 4.50V
is the 4.50V ok?

Yes, new piston, cylinder where installed 1 month before. And yes i have a good compression.

[replyingto=alleyoop]alleyoop[/replyingto]Yes, the TCI is DC powered and it has 12.85 going to it when the is "ON",i checked the wires going to ignition coil and when i crank it drops to 8v..
The battery is new from a car. It has enough power to start a car.
