If you have an UPGRADED axle you will have to take out the two bolts on each side of the axle so that the axles will come out. Those bolts hold a FLOATING RING that bolts screw into and about 1/8 away from the ring they welded a piece of pipe OVER the Axle. What that does is STOP the axles from coming out. This was done late 2009 early 2010. If you don't have the upgraded axle then just taking the "C" clips out will allow you to take out the axles. Alleyoop Here is an UPGRADED 50cc COMPLETE Rear end: Here is the AXLE taken apart:

CONGRADULATIONS!!! Sounds really good, and yes you are correct on the Vacuum Lines, From the INTAKE to a "T" then from the "T" to the ACV on the Carb and From the "T" to the PETCOCK VALVE. Now take it easy that is going to be a pretty fast Trike so be carefull on turns (HEHE). GREAT JOB Alleyoop For the Starter to work do you have the a RELAY on it The Positive Cable from the Battery goes to one Terminal and the WIRE from the Starter goes to the OTHER TERMINAL. the relay looks like this:

Ok another .lol question do you have it plugged into the Start Switch connector..lol
To see if it is connected good and the starter is working JUMP the RELAY TERMINALS the starter should spin. Just touch both RELAY TERMINALS with a piece of wire or pliers or screwdriver that will send the voltage to the starter. Alley

Whent to tighten it the head gasket had blown out the bottom and notest that it cam out of the intake manifold between the head and it. is there a reason its not releasing pressure and yes its brad new please help put new air filter on it and the exost is modified off the old 50 engine only straight were added to make it fit and packing was removed from the muffler What could it have been ?

Well is the motor mounted a little higher in the front so that the oil being pumped up to the Cam and Rockers can DRAIN through the Cam Sprocket slot and back into the Crankcase? It could be that the motor is not high enough in front for it to drain fast enough and created a lot of pressure in the valve cover and could not vent fast enough and either blew out the Valve cover Vent hose off and or the Valve cover gasket. So now also check your Air Filter it may be all full of oil in there. But anyway take the Valve cover Vent hose off the Air Filter and put a fuel filter on it and tie it up high and cover the hole on the Air Filter that it was connected to.
Also Check the VALVE COVER VENT NIPPLE make sure it is NOT BLOCKED if that is plugged up it is not venting and it will create a lot of pressure in the crankcase.
But ALSO check how the motor is mounted should be a little higher in front so the oil drains back into the crankcase fast enough. Alleyoop

Ok here is what the problem was that was creating the OIL PRESSURE. The Tranny Vent Hose was Connected to the Valve Cover Vent Hose..LOL So that was creating PRESSURE ON BOTH ENDS(HAHA). Now he will break it in nice and easy the rings should seat within the first 20 miles or so. Alleyoop
