OK just a little confused but I think I know what's going on here. The above picture is correct. Now on th4e last picture on page one you have the new 3 plug from your new engine with the old engine orange plug put in it and the two single bullet connector wires that go to the CDI as in a red/white and a black/red? So now all you have to do is hook up the single bullet connector wires like this to the new single wires coming out of your new engine. Red/white hooks to blue/white black/red hooks to red/black. Now the 3 plug with the orange plug snapped into it is white.yellow, and green. It doesn't matter if you use your old plug if you can then great but the main thing is to keep the wires like they belong. If you follow the wires out you'll see they end up at the R/R and I'm betting it's a 4-pin R/R with a green. white, yellow and red(goes to the ignition key switch). So with that said you need to take your 3 plug from the new engine and plug it back into the same plug that your 50cc moter plugged in to and just make sure you keep the wires; yellow to yellow white to white green to green. You're almost there! JR

Yep like I thought, just plug the new engine male 3 wire plug into the old female plug you have marked number3 with the orange plug into it. Remove the orange plug and it should plug into the new engine male and the wires line up color to color. If not then match them up.
Then you see the blue/white and black/red on the new engine, they have female bullet connectors, so plug the old harness CDI wires with the males into them, blue/white to red/white and then black/red to red/black and she'll be ready to run.!

Trevnar, The CDI that came with the NEW MOTOR is a DC CDI you can throw that in the GARBAGE. So NOT TRY TO USE THAT CDI it will NOT WORK. Alleyoop

Yep use the old CDI. Plug it back up just like you had in the picture. Lot's of stator/CDI/Regulators on 50cc scooters are the same on a 150cc.
