Hi, may name is Trent, and I work for Blitz Moped in Dallas, TX in deep ellum. I own a 2008 Eagle Milano 150 and a 2009 Peace Sports B-09 (Galaxy) 63cc. I make my living repairing chinese scooters. I Have been into scooters (chinese) for about 3 years but have grown up around japanese dirt bikes and ATVs. I am a huge 2t nerd, and own a yamaha blaster to feed my two stroke smoke addiction. I am a trained auto mechanic that hates working on cars lol, so I work on chinese scooters instead!  |

Welcome BLitztek,
Good to have another wrencher on the forum. That is great that you repair chinese scoots.
Around here nobody will touch one and the reason they give is getting parts. They say it is hard to get parts and takes time to get them and meanwhile the scoot is taking up space that they do not have. I tell them to diagnose the problem and tell the guy what part or parts he needs and let him take the scoot back and order the parts and when he gets the parts to come back they will install them for him.
Some tell me THAT IS NOT A BAD IDEA. There are more chinese scoots around than the more expensive ones and I think are loosing a good chunk of change for turning them away.
So it is great to hear you are a die hard wrencher good to have you on the forum.

A mighty good welcome to you also! Know the dallas area pretty good have a couple of sons from there and grandkids as well.
Know the feeling on the auto work hate them myself, had to put a starter on my 93 Silverado and it reminded me why I never wanted to be a mechanic! LOL
Glad you're here and for sure welcome another scooter wrench!
