Have you checked the connections to the COIL, make sure they are nice and tight and not able to touch each other with movement. Also make sure the Spark Plug Boot is on tight on the COIL wire. They Screw on so grab the Wire and make sure the BOOT is tight. Alleyoop

All good suggestions by Alley and I might add the plugs to the CDI. Each wire is on a little brass crimped on female spade connector and they are famous for being poorly crimped and even crimped on the rubber of the insulation sometimes.
What you can do is unplug the plugs and check one wire at a time. You can get rhem to come out of the plug by inserting a tiny screwdriver (eye glsses type) into the slot by the connector and this will push the one way tab back where the wire will come out. I clean them and soldier them myself and then bend the tab back and lock it back in the plug. Had this happen on one of my 250's and it would even cut out and die and this solved my problem.
