I was checking my vacuum lines while I had my scooter running, notice my carb enricher was hot to the touch, is that normal?

The enricher works by heating up a wax element when the engine is running. This causes the enricher needle to gradually extend and block off the enricher circuit in the carb. As long as the engine is running, the enricher heat will be on because the voltage is supplied by the stator. So it is normal to feel hot.

Thanks cruiser, I've had ongoing issues with stalling, just did a valve adjustment, it is running great, but rear 50+ or climbing its stalls, I'm thinking my main trouble is in my carb, maybe float? I just want it to run right:(
